The CONTINUOUS CIRCULAR is an innovative rotary pad printing automation system. Its operating principle is based on the proven H-RTI process and enables continuous 360° all-around printing of cylindrical components. This is achieved by using a specially developed and patented belt pad that is optimally adapted to the requirements of rotary pad printing.
This highly versatile machine is available in single-color and multicolor versions and can process up to three colors. Operation is extremely simple and the machine offers impressive register accuracy and minimal makeready. It also enables fast color and motif changes.
The continuous printing process achieves increased process control, resulting in improved quality and higher precision compared to conventional pad printing solutions. Even when using metallic inks such as gold or silver, the CONTINUOUS CIRCULAR achieves the highest and most brilliant print image quality.
