Our print-laser automations

For optimal pad printing process preparation, the surface is pre-treated by the laser. For this, the motif surface is first roughened precisely by the integrated laser. After that, the motif is printed with accurate registration using pad printing - also in one or more colors, as required. With our iTAMPOPRINT software solution, there is also the option of directly linking the printing process, which is individually adapted for each customer, to existing process systems (e.g. ERP or PPS systems) - for added production reliability. Optionally, print image checks can also be integrated into the process via vision systems for extended quality control.

In ink ablation, the previously applied ink layer is removed by the laser, creating the corresponding design. This process opens up versatile and individual labeling possibilities for companies from the industry. The pad printing/laser combination offers impressive advantages for high-value products in large quantities, such as: product branding, product classification, serialization, plagiarism protection and QR/Data Matrix information for customers. For example: rapidly changing designs and individualized production batches can be variably implemented, regardless of the material’s ability for laser marking.
