The ROTOPRINT is an unclocked high-speed system in a compact design that can be equipped with up to three printing units for three-color printed images. The essential components supplied as standard with our ROTOPRINT deliver efficient cap printing. The ROTOPRINT is our best-selling cap machine. It defines the reference in terms of quality, ergonomics and output. For your optimal overall process, we offer laser-manufactured cliché cylinders, specially manufactured pad rollers, and pad printing inks specially developed for rotary printing.

The ROTOPRINT can be equipped for one- to three-color printed images. Depending on the equipment, the concept enables an output of max. 3,000 printed caps per minute (Ø 28 mm). Feeding takes place by means of the proven sorting steep conveyor. This prevents unnecessary machine stops due to incorrectly oriented closures - gentle on parts and in the correct position. Thanks to the integrated pre- and post-treatment, the caps are perfectly prepared for printing and cleaned of production residues.
The ROTOPRINT is characterized by the combined effect of unbeatable speed, high output and outstanding print quality. And that for years, especially with multicolor printed images! The high register accuracy allows to print in an unrivaled performance.
Fast ink, cliché and motif changes as well as simple and tool-free operation reduce the set-up times of the ROTOPRINT. The special mandrel quick-change system enables fast conversion to other cap formats, but also tethered caps. This makes ROTPRINT flexible in use.
The special water cooling system on the wheel (standard for 3-lane version) maintains a constant operating temperature, especially in difficult ambient conditions. Thanks to the extraction system, the MAK value remains well below the limit value according to the German BG standard. For cap printing, the ROTOPRINT is the most economical solution with the highest quality features at maximum output. Just ask us and we will find a solution.
Promotion required?
Whether competition code, QR code, serial number or best before date, the labeling possibilities of our MOF Series are almost unlimited! Beverage caps or other lids and closures can be marked quickly and precisely using the “mark-on-the-fly” laser process. The focus here is on the unclocked internal and external marking of parts. The MOF is a compact stand-alone machine. Due to the low capital expenditure, it therefore remains economical even for smaller quantities.
