Fully automatic laser marking

The MAP modular automation platform consists of a stable base frame and offers up to 20 variably equipable positions. These are equipped individually and optimally to the application with laser units and with various components. Thanks to the "Mark on the fly" technologies that are used, cylindrical components, for example, can be marked in one go. This eliminates the need for step-by-step marking and significantly increases the output quantity. Due to the perfectly matched laser components, various laser applications can be realized on the MAP platform.

The MAP laser automation can be equipped with several laser components simultaneously. By marking parts in parallel, the system achieves a high output capacity. Using "Mark on the fly" technology, multiple components can also be marked simultaneously in scope.

With the standardized MAP automation platform, we offer a system solution for industrial cross-sector applications, which can also be used in areas where validation is required. The validation package is performed by our in-house validation specialists. The MAP concept provides for a modular structure that is optimally tailored to the application. Our application engineering department analyzes and checks the required application in advance and configures the MAP automation.
