Rapid multi-color printing

The processing principle for the 4- and 6- color Concentra Series machine offer a number of printing possibilities not avaiable anywhere else in the industry.  An excellent stand-alone solution, Concentra can be automated with rotary tables and X-Y axis part conveying accessories.

The electro-pneumatic drive of the doctoring unit offers high speeds.  The pneumatic pad stroke movement offers maximum flexiblity without a chance for pad interference between colors.

Superb accessability ensures a fast, clean set-up for all colors.

Print image transfer takes place in one location, with the individual pads all traveling to the part, not via versa. 

Integrated automatic pad cleaning and VIPA S7 PLC control are optional. 

Up to 10 programs per printing station are possible.  Smart cards may be used for additional jobs, or the machine can be integrated with an external operator panel.
